1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Kartzilla Go Kart for your Street Go Kart tourism experience in Japan. This is our Terms and Conditions and we kindly request you to read carefully.

2. Participation Requirement

2.1  Age and Licensing: Participants must be 18 years and above and should hold a valid driver's license to drive in Japan.

2.2 Documentation: Our tours are usually fully booked and request you don't forget your license requirement. Guests arriving without the license requirement will not be able to take the tour and you will most likely not get a refund.

2.3 Health: Participants must be in good physical condition without any medical conditions that could compromise their safety and safety of other road users.

2.4 Safety Guidelines. All participants will receive a safety briefing guideline before the tour. The briefing will outline the guidelines for safe driving. Please follow the direction of your guide, the route, road signs and speed limits. We request you to respect traffic laws in Japan and appeal for your co-operation.

2.5 Driving in Japan: It is illegal to drive in Japan under the influence of alcohol & drugs. Your tour will be cancelled and you will not get a refund.

2.6  Protective Gear: It is not mandatory to use a helmet however we highly recommend a helmet for your own safety and will provide you if you want. Please keep in mind it is your own responsibility to wear a helmet or not.

3.  Booking and Payment

3.1. Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team directly. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the circumstance is beyond our control. We kindly request your kind cooperation in such an event.

3.2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

3.3. Cancellation and Refunds: It is not possible to cancel and/or transfer your booking to another person. We understand your plans can change and we are open to accommodate. Please refer to our cancellation policy for information on refunds and rescheduling.

4.  Liability

4.1. Assumption of Risk: Although Street Go Karting is safe and approved by Japan Road Traffic Law you acknowledge as a participant that there are the risks involved and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred during the experience.

4.2. Indemnification: Apart from our limited accident insurance where applicable, Kartzillar Go Kart shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the participant's negligence and or failure to adhere to traffic and road safety guidelines.

5.  Privacy Policy

5.1. Information Collection: We collect personal your personal information when you book our tours. We use this information to identify you and to contact you when necessary. We may also have backup stored on our system which we may use for quality control, and customer experience purposes.

5.2. Photos and Videos: We take and videos during the tours and will provide you the data free of charge if you purchased data card before the tour. Please understand for the safety and protection of our equipment participants are not allowed to use their own data card in our equipment. We may also use the videos and photos on our system for quality control, and customer experience purposes. Please be assured the information on our system is solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not share this information with third parties without consent.

6.  Data Security

6.1. The integrity, security and confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us, and we have implemented strict administrative and physical security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, use and or modification.

7.  Disclosure of Personal Information

7.1. Except as described in this Terms and Conditions or otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection, we will not disclose your Personal Information that we collect to third parties without your consent.

7.2. Service Providers: We may disclose Personal Information to third-party service providers (e.g., payment processing and data storage and processing facilities) that assist the services we provide. We limit the Personal Information provided to these service providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions and require them to agree to maintain the confidentiality of such Personal Information.

7.3. Comply with Law: We may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with Government regulation, or other applicable laws depending on your country, in response to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant, or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental agencies.

8.1 When you leave a comment about your experience the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize, appreciate you and improve our services.

9.1. You may come into contact with us through third parties (“Integrated Service”) such as Affiliate Marketing, Facebook or Google that may require you to provide certain information in order to access our services. When you book with us through an Integrated Service, your Personal Information may be collected by the Integrated Service Provider in accordance with their policy. Please review each Integrated Service terms of use and privacy policies carefully before using their services and connecting to our Services.
