Odaiba

Discover Odaiba (お台場) on the edge of the Tokyo Bay and enjoy the excellent view of the Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower, and the towering skyline of giant buildings that makes Tokyo one of the beautiful cities in the world.

Originally a series of man-made fort islands called "Daiba" or "fort", these islands were constructed during the late Edo Period (1603-1868) to fortify against potential sea-based threats. Over a century later, Odaiba has transformed into expansive landmasses through extensive landfill projects shaping it into cutting-edge new urban districts.

The manmade seaside park is a must-visit destination and popular attraction for locals and tourists. Visitors can take part in exhilarating activities such as windsurfing and paddle boarding. While swimming is restricted visitors can partake in various sports, leisurely strolls along the beach and grassy lawns, and revel in breathtaking views from the observation deck. Odaiba boasts iconic attractions including Fuji Television, the National Museum of Emerging Science & Innovation, The Poop Museum, and the famous 18-meter Gundam Statue. It is also a well-liked shopping and entertainment precinct.
